ISO 9001-2000
ITAL SYSTEM company has an implemented and certified quality management system complying with the ISO 9001:2000 international standard. The process of certification was performed on 8 February 2005 by the certifying entity: TŰV Polska Sp. z o.o., a member of TŰV SŰD Group. 
The implementation of the quality management system proves that our company really cares about continuous improvement of internal organsiation and our relations with clients.
The company has identified the processes functioning in the course of our activity and their key points have been described in the system of procedures and instructions. Such a solutions enables as to ensure order and high standard of tasks realised in specific fields of the company's functioning.

The owner of ITAL SYSTEM declares meeting the needs, expectations and requirements of clients through creating conditions and environment for every employee necessary for them to understand their tasks and their responsibility for the quality of offered products and services, as well as for individual, perfect customer service. Such a definition of quality is a key task of every worker of the company.
